When I first started watching born this way I felt contacted on their lifestyle,this is the blog that started it all I wanted to gave my advise on being high functioning down syndrome with a lifestyle I have my favorite saying list so here

In my begging of a blogger

In my begging as a special needs advocate blogger, I wanted to tell my opinions and my advice of a person with high functioning down syndrome. This is my list of some advice and my opinion of life, 

1. Have a passable dream
2. Speak up for yourself  and be responsible by what you say. 
3. Don't limited yourself cause you are special and unique. 
4. Believe in your dreams someday it will come true. 
5. Accept the outcome of your life and be free
6. This is a big one so here it goes let God gave you the best life there is. there are so many people are unpleasant and rude just don't gave them credit. 
7. Trust yourself first everything will come in place for you.
